2020 Insolvency

Prior to Theatr Clwyd taking over the running of William Aston Hall, the previous operators (VMS Live) went into administration as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

On the administration a Wrexham Glyndwr University spokesperson said:

“We were deeply saddened that VMS Live (Wrexham) Ltd, the venue operating company, were forced to move into administration. VMS Live (Wrexham) Ltd, had total responsibility and control over all performances and ticket sales. We advise those who had purchased tickets to contact their ticket provider directly (and not Theatr Clwyd who will be unable to help as the new operators) for any information regarding tickets.”
